Sue has been working in the hairdressing industry for over 40 years after starting her career in her aunts Stafford salon.
In 1988 at the age of 25, Sue's entrepreneurial spirit led her to open her first salon, which expanded to 3 salons.
Her belief in continuous learning underscores her dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry.
